St Joan of Arc is a memorial church situated within the Diocese of Middlesbrough but governed by the Bishopric of the Forces. The church was built in 1930 by the firm of William Anelay to designs by by Leonard Stokes and Drysdale.
Jack Tighe Decorating Ltd was awarded this internal painting, decorating and preservation contract in January 2019 for Tom Willoughby Ltd. The contract value was £18,000 on completion.
Our CSCS accredited workforce and SSSTS accredited Supervisors attended a full site induction prior to commencement of any works. PASMA trained operatives were responsible for the erecting, dismantling and safety of the mobile scaffolding.
Risk Assessments were carried out and specific hazards were identified associated with the works including manual handling, application of paint by brush / roller, surface preparation using hand tools, slips trips & falls, use of 240v sanding equipment, use of stepladders and use of scaffolding.
