The clocks have now gone forward and Summer is just around the corner! The company have enjoyed a busy first quarter to 2022, and we are hoping this continues throughout the year.

As we move towards the summer months, the government roadmap out of lockdown is progressing and we all look forward to the further lifting of the covid – 19 restrictions with optimism.

Considering the impact of the pandemic we have managed to navigate our way through this positively. A solid work bank for the first quarter of 2021 has hopefully provided us with a firm foundation for the remainder of the year.

Painting and Decorating Association Awards – Industrial Sector Winners!

Jack Tighe Ltd has been crowned winners of the Industrial Sector Award for 2019 at the prestigious PDA Premier Awards Ceremony in London.

The first six months of 2019 have simply flown by!

Across the Tighe businesses we have had a successful period between January and July and maintain a healthy order book as we move into the second half of the year.

We continue to receive many enquiries from both existing customers and new clients, which bodes well for the remainder of 2019 and beyond.

We begin this latest news item by wishing all our clients a happy and prosperous new year.

Across the Tighe businesses we are starting 2019 with very healthy order books and plenty of optimism following a satisfying 2018.

The main item of news at this time concerns our partnership with North Lindsey College and Correx (ICATS) to provide the UK’s first ever Industrial Coatings Applicator Apprenticeship. This is an 18 months trailblazer apprenticeship followed by a 12 months mentoring period before the apprentices can apply for a full ICATs card, including the blasting and spraying modules. We will be utilising our extensive facilities at Foxhills, Scunthorpe for the practical elements of the course.
