SC21 is a change programme designed to accelerate competitiveness within a business. Our award followed a two-year business transformation programme, which involved:
- Inviting an external organisation to carry out business diagnostics and help us formulate an improvement plan
- 12 of our management team from Director to supervisor level completing Lean Practitioner and Six Sigma Green Belt training
- Implementing new processes to monitor and report on performance
This award shows our commitment to bringing innovation to the painting industry and delivering added value to our clients.
