Site Applied Coatings

We are members of the British Constructional Steelwork Association (BCSA), and we hold Constructionline Gold and Achilles Building Confidence accreditation. Our workforce is fully trained in surface preparation and industrial painting, including ICATS blaster, sprayer and supervisor modules. We also employ qualified NACE and Icorr Level 1 to 3 accredited Inspectors.

Clients include Bam Nuttall, Amco, Kier, Balfour Beatty, Wates and Graham, as well as regional construction firms. Our teams have worked on residential complexes, commercial developments and high-profile venues such as the Millennium Dome and Principality Stadium and are currently busy at Battersea Power Station, working for four companies in the Mace supply chain – Lee Warren, Keltbray, Cimolai and Hollandia – as well as for Mace directly.

Intumescent works – both Shop and Site Applied

Our personnel have the knowledge and training to apply intumescent products to the correct loadings on structural steel. Products used include International Paints 2060 and 2090, Sherwin Williams FX2003 Series and various Jotun Paints products. Previous projects include:
